They shall not let the mentalpatients end up in the prison system. That is just the reason that they had the wards for people that didn't make the social competition, and that did not get ratified by the opposite sex at any time at all. What they did, was in the worst cases, they got in people from the prisonsystem, that did all they could to get favours and to use steal and get the property from weak individuals. They have tried to get my apartement just how many times I do not know. I still pay mortage and all that, but I do not know if I  own my apartement. My case manager, say I live there, he humiliates me as often as he can. I haven't had a single intercourse for I do not know how many years. That is a very good sign as of who I am, and of how much stress I can take.

When it  comes to dreams, and yoga, is yoga a 1 hour pass, which is far to long to do for an individual every day. instead a strongliftingpass, and a meditation, very effective.

If you then managed to run for 10 - 20 minutes every second or third day, you would get the passes every week, that would change your life, and propably prolong it  for 10 more years, than it otherwise would have been.
